We were asked to design a mainly speculative office and commercial estate development with the option for bespoke designed units. A variety of open plan floor areas and alternative layouts have been designed to allow for a great degree of adaptability whether or not a bespoke option is agreed.The buildings are within a designated Enterprise Zone and are aimed primarily to support the offshore and renewables industries.Careful attention has been paid to landscaping to ensure a pleasant working environment.
