Haggerston Castle Leisure Park Pool

We provided a full service, turnkey role for this project including acquiring Planning and Building Regulation Approval along with Contract
Administration for the project, from inception to completion. This project included adapting an existing outdoor pool and constructing a new building over complete with all mechanical and electrical installations. An entire refurbishment of the adjacent existing indoor pool also increased the all year cover from 70 bathers to 160. This project was completed ready for client occupation in 4 months.
