Mixed Use Estate Masterplan

A large scale green-field site designated for mixed use development in the Local Plan.  This incorporated major road links between the A47 at Gorleston and the A143 at Bradwell.  Full integration of utilities and infrastructure were accommodated.  The brief was to proportion out various uses including a range of sectors and their interrelationships and at the same time be fully sympathetic to the surrounding community.
