Hopton Holiday Village

Paul Robinson Partnership is proud to have worked as a partnering consultant to Haven Leisure Ltd in delivering the first phase of a significant enhancement to Hopton Holiday Village, located just south of Great Yarmouth on the East Norfolk coast. The project involves the sensitive redevelopment of an underutilised pitch and putt course into a high-quality expansion of the site’s static caravan offering, comprising 51 units – part of Haven’s ongoing strategy to improve visitor facilities across its portfolio.

As Contract Administrator, we worked closely with Ryden Developments Limited and Shelby Group to bring this new phase forward ahead of programme. The scheme has been carefully designed to make the most of the site’s natural features, with caravan and lodge bases arranged within mature woodland and some enjoying attractive views across the existing lake.

In addition to the accommodation units, the development includes upgraded access roads and car standings, a comprehensive new drainage and services infrastructure, and extensive hard and soft landscaping.

This project marks another successful chapter in our 37-year relationship with Haven, and we’re pleased to continue contributing to the evolution of one of their most popular holiday destinations.
