Frontage Enhancement Scheme | Commerical Property

Frontage enhancement of Rossi Leisure

This frontage enhancement scheme is designed to reinvigorate the existing Rossi Leisure building in North Walsham.

The project was initiated pre-pandemic but was temporarily put on hold whilst the world navigated this time and Rossi’s became a coronavirus vaccination centre for its rural community. Our design focuses on the curvature of the existing building, replacing the aged render with beautiful Canadian cedar cladding.

Timber cladding on Rossi Leisure building

The old tiling and decking has been replaced with fresh new surfacing, outdoor lighting helps to highlight the premises’ architectural features and planters breathe new life into the facilities making the outside space more usable and attractive to visitors.

Resulting in a complementary and modern-looking facade that really emphasises the character and personality of this established building.
