Phase 2 successfully gains Planning approval

After a successful first phase, we are pleased to gain Planning permission for Phase 2, comprising a further 8 barn conversions located in North Norfolk.

The proposed units have not been used for agricultural and farming purposes in recent years and have fallen into a state of disrepair. Therefore, with a large portion of the surrounding site already having undergone an extensive change of use in the first phase, the design looks to follow suit and convert the units for residential use, providing 7 No. two-bedroom units and a four-bedroom dwelling.

The overall design of the development looks to retain the character of the existing barns, maintaining the significant heritage aspects spread across the site.
