Aldeburgh Housing Estate

A brownfield site in an area of outstanding natural beauty with a fantastic setting looking out across the Alde estuary. This is worked out clay pit and we have made use of the natural topography to settle the scheme subtly in its landscape. We’ve worked very closely with the local planning authority to develop the proposals.
