An existing building stripped back to its steel frame and completely remodelled to provide a new truck and bus service depot. Acting as Lead Consultants we provided a turnkey professional service incorporating Architecture, Building Surveying, Project Management, Cost control, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and CDM Co-ordination.The project was value engineered through-out and all requirements were met.
