The refurbishment of Ryland Automotive’s existing showroom in Hockley Heath, Birmingham, has been carefully executed to align with the prestigious standards of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

The project involved an extensive strip-out and complete remodelling of the interior, guided by Rolls-Royce’s brand specification, design principles, and luxury benchmarks. Every element was carefully considered to meet the high expectations associated with this iconic automotive marque.

The finished showroom passed Rolls-Royce’s quality audit inspection with flying colours — a clear reflection of the precision and attention to detail delivered throughout.

This scheme is also a strong example of Associate Partner Steven Lucas’ expertise in automotive design. His role spanned concept and detail design, technical specification, production of the working drawing package, building regulations compliance, and on-site contract administration.
